1. Introduction
Welcome to Focus with Kate! By booking a session or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

2. Booking and Payment
Booking: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session.
Payment Methods: We accept cash, and electronic transfers.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellation: Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Deposits are non-refundable.
Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule their session once without an additional fee if done at least 48 hours in advance. Further rescheduling may incur additional charges.

4. Session Terms
Punctuality: Please arrive on time for your session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session time.
Conduct: We maintain a professional and respectful environment. Any inappropriate behavior may result in termination of the session without a refund.

5. Image Delivery
Turnaround Time: Edited images will be delivered within 2-4 weeks after the session.
Delivery Method: Images will be delivered via a secure online gallery or digital download. Prints and other products can be ordered separately.
Image Selection: Clients will receive a specified number of edited images based on the package chosen. Additional images can be purchased at an extra cost.

6. Image Usage and Rights
Client Rights: Clients receive a limited license to use the images for personal use. Images may not be used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Photographer Rights: Focus with Kate retains the copyright to all images and may use them for promotional purposes, portfolio display, and social media, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7. Liability
Damages: Focus with Kate is not responsible for any injuries or damages incurred during the photo session.
Loss of Images: In the unlikely event of loss or damage to images before delivery, the photographer's liability is limited to a refund of the session fee or a reshoot at no additional cost.

8. Privacy
Client Information: Personal information provided by clients will be kept confidential and used solely for communication and service delivery purposes.
Image Privacy: Clients may request that specific images not be used for promotional purposes by notifying us in writing before the session.

9. Amendments
Focus with Kate reserves the right to amend these Terms of Service at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the state of Pennsylvania. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Pennsylvania.
